All therapy, training and coaching via online course, email, face to face, Skype, phone or otherwise delivered by Claud Serjeant as well as any information within www.claudserjeant.com and within social media  is given with the best intention.

By purchasing any therapy, training, online seminars or coaching services, you confirm that you have read and agree to the statements within this page and that you wish to proceed with your purchase.

• I understand that any services I receive are not intended to replace the medical advice of my healthcare provider.

• I understand that all comments, ideas and therapies offered by Claud Serjeant are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to Claud to assist me in achieving such goals.

• I understand that to the extent our work together, Claud is not promising outcomes but is dedicated to helping each person achieve their goals to the best of his ability.

• Privacy is very important to Claud and I understand that Claud will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing.  

• Some sessions may be held in a third party venue and I agree to comply at all times with the venue’s policies and rules. 

• If I arrive late for my session (either face to face or online), the session will end at the scheduled time and Claud will not be required to refund or deduct any monies from the cost of the session.

• I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype and other technology.

• Claud is not responsible for any compensation due to poor connections or technical issues during phone or Skype sessions however, will endeavour to rectify the problem or reschedule any missed time at his discretion. 

• All sessions must be cancelled 48 hours in advance. Any sessions cancelled within 48 hours will be charged at the full session rate.  

• I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Claud Serjeant, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by Claud.
