Do I have to be at a certain level of fitness before requiring a Personal Trainer?
Not necessarily. Starting with a Personal Trainer is a great idea to ensure you are starting out on the right track. Every exercise works but not every exercise is for everyone. Fitness is also needed at every level and age in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Speaking to your local GP is advised before starting any fitness regime.
Do I have to train everyday?
No. Depending on your goal I have clients that see me once a week for an update or 'maintenance' program.
How long will it be until I see results?
Every individual differs from the next. But what I can guarantee is the immediate feeling of well being and
alleviation of pain and stress. My clients have responded very well and quickly to my personalised programs.
How long is each session?
Sessions can very depending on the clients needs. You have a choice from 30 minute or
1 hour
sessions. Workouts do not have to be long and drawn out but I recommend an hour as a good session length.
Which areas do you cover?
I'm based in St Johns Wood London but I cover Primrose Hill, Maida Vale, Hampstead, Notting Hill, Regents Park and Marylebone. |
