Claud Serjeant - Advanced Personal Trainer

Claud has dedicated his life to the pursuit of excellence in conditioning clients with back pain, goals of strength or endurance or weight loss.

Growing up in Hong Kong he committed himself to sport at an early age. He excelled at tennis, eventually ranking No.2 and representing the country between 1987 -1992, when he toured the Far East and Europe.

Having studied in the U.S and London he furthered his education with the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology Institute (CHEK) based in San Diego, California. He is a qualified CHEK Exercise Coach which enables him to assess and condition even the most complex clients.

A key component of a CHEK Exercise Coach is a series of assessments used to identify core and musculoskeletal system dysfunction. Claud's clientele range from sufferers of chronic back, knee, shoulder and neck pain through to those with scapula dysfunction.

Claud was recently the Head Trainer at the five-star Next Generation Carlton Club in London. He held workshops there, teaching the other trainers how to spot imbalances in the body which could potentially lead to injury.
